بســـم اللــه الرحــمــن الـرحـــيــم

📝🔹Question:

Is it permissible to memorise the Quran under a Sufi?

Also, would it be more preferred to learn the Quran from a Sufi or a Hizbi, if there wasn’t anyone from the Salafi brothers available to teach?

📩🔸Answer:

If you cannot find someone of Ahlusunnah to learn and memorise the Quran under their supervision, then it’s (still) impermissible to learn from the hands of the Sufiyah or the Hizbiyyah, under the pretext of memorising the Quran. 

For before you know it you would be infected by their sickness, so flee from the leprosy of the people of innovation, like how you would flee from a lion.
