Ferkous al jazairy

Our Shaykh Abu Bilaal Al-Hadhramy- may Allah preserve him- was asked the following question on 14 Rabbi' Athaanee 1441(١1th December 2019):

🔹Question:

The Questioner says: Some brothers are asking about the state of Farcouse Aljazaaeree (The Algerian): 

Is he from Ahlus Sunnah?

Can he be benefited from? Because they are saying he has knowledge.

🔸Answer: 

No, Farcouse is not from Ahlus Sunnah; rather he is from Hizb Aljadeed (The New Hizbees); from the aiders of Hizb Aljadeed and the warners against Ahlus Sunnah in Yemen; i.e. those who oversee the da'wah in this country at the forefront of which is our Shayk Yahya (may Allah preserve him) Their efforts are extraordinary.

So he is affiliated to those (under the name) AlBaraamiqa who have now began speaking against one another. The split between them is severe. Allah has torn them apart so they have become scattered and fragmented due to their assault and tranagression upon the Salafi Da'wah (in Yemem); now everyone is speaking against the other. 

As for us; all praise belongs to Allah alone. Nobody departs us except the sick (hearted). He leaves and the da'wah remains and strengthens. The affair of this da'wah is unique: whoever departs, departs whilst it strengths more and more. All the while these deniers and troubemakers depart and Allah replaces them with those who are far better. 

(Muhammad 47:38)

《ُۚ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوٓا۟ أَمْثَٰلَكُم 》

And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you.

Al-Ma'idah 5:54

《يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَن يَرْتَدَّ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِۦ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِى ٱللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُۥٓ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ يُجَٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍۚ ٌ 》

O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a blamer. 

They are not reverted from the religion but they did abandon the good that they were upon i.e. holding firmly upon the Quraan and the Sunnah and calling to them both. So this is a partial reversion; in relation to what they were previously upon and not Islam itself. As for the ayaat; what is intended by it is well known.

So Farcouse is from Hizb Aljadeed and from those whom Allah has tested by (giving him) knowledge of 'usool'. Some knowledge for some of the people is a test and tribulation. Some of them gain some knowledge of the language and are subsequently become deceived, arrogant and big-headed as if he is the Seabaway of his time.

Like this is the affair of this man; he became arrogant through (his knowledge of) usool so his knowledge of usool became a test for him.

We ask Allah for well-being.
